i'll say it!
if i didn't have susie as a friend in japan, i'd probably just hermit myself away. honest. i just, don't, like, hanging around other jet's besides her. long story.
so!
it's tuesday again, and i went to japanese class in fujinomiya with ryan and susie except this time it was different. we biked all the way. and it's uphill haha. needless to say, our legs were burning at the end of it (about a 35 minute ride up as fast as we could have gone). but today in japanese class, i got a nickname... they're all going to call me 臍曲がり (hesomagari) it's a really bad meaning nickname, but to be honest i have sort of an idea of what it means - i'll ask my supervisor tomorrow.
but the bike ride back was great. susie and i found this awesome restaurant, that gives you a full 3 course meal for two people with each entree no more than 150 yen or so, and it's only a short 10 minute bike ride from our apartments heh. so, damn, good.
