whoa
this has to be quite possibly one of the coolest things i've ever seen.
and i didn't even do it on purpose...
i was eating lunch today, and i have these big bowls that are, well, ridiculously large cereal bowls. i had one on the floor and one in my hand. i put my chopsticks on the one on top as i reached over to pause my mplayer to get more food in said bowl in hand.
at that moment, my left hand (one with the bowl) tilts and i see my chopsticks go over.
i catch one with my left thumb and then thought oh shit!
here's what happened:
the chopstick falls point first into the bowl.
at which time it follows the contour of the bottom of the bowl and then returns straight up into the air (like a pro skater in a halfpipe) point up. it proceeds to do a 360 (at least, think a wheel spinning) and then lands properly on the bowl on the floor, never touching the ground, and as if i had just set it there purposely from the start.
and i hate to steal a line from keanu reeves.
